The opportunity

Voy is a leading preventive healthcare platform for men and women, with core clinical pathways across weight management, hormone treatments, dermatology and mental health. The business is scaling fast - $675m annualised revenue, growing ~130% YoY, operating across the UK, Brazil, Germany and India.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Strategic Finance (Growth) within a lean, high-performing team. You will partner closely with leaders across the business - initially focused on Commercial & Growth, with broad exposure across the org. The role suits someone who wants to use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive commercial decisions at a rapidly scaling company. We are office-first, based in Borough, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

What you'll do

  • Own LTV/CAC analysis across clinical pathways and geographies, building the analytical foundation that drives acquisition investment decisions

  • Partner with the Growth team to evaluate, allocate and optimise paid media capital - building rigorous frameworks to assess channel performance, marginal returns, and portfolio-level spend efficiency

  • Build and stress-test business cases for new strategic investments, from entering new geographies to launching clinical pathways, synthesising commercial, financial and operational inputs into clear go/no-go recommendations

  • Drive capital allocation decisions across the P&L - determining where to double down and where to pull back

  • Lead commercial performance analysis, identifying the key growth and margin levers across the funnel (acquisition, conversion, retention, cross-sell) and working with business leaders to act on them

  • Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, owning revenue and contribution margin forecasting by segment and translating targets into actionable growth plans

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in an investment bank, consulting firm or a similar role within a growth-stage tech company

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation, while confidently challenging stakeholders when necessary

  • Relentless, output focused mindset; someone who loves pushing through the noise with disciplined pragmatism

  • To be proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership; someone who constantly seeks opportunities to create and drive initiatives forward independently

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Willingness and ability to operate in an unstructured environment, tackling unstructured problems; an ability to deliver high-quality work, fast

  • Advanced financial modelling and big data analysis skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights

What you'll get

  • Competitive market salary

  • Generous stock option plan

  • Gym & wellness benefit with Wellhub

  • Cycle to work scheme

  • Electric car scheme

  • 25 days holidays and generous parental leave & flexible working policies

  • Annual company retreat
