Our platform allows users to quickly and safely diagnose possible conditions, get treatment and support them afterwards to live a higher quality life. To do this we are building an all in one healthcare platform which brings together world leading medical expertise and technical excellence.

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our growing Data team and help drive smarter, data-informed decisions across the organisation.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role where the insights you surface and the dashboards you build directly influence how our teams operate and how well we support our patients.

Who you are

  • You have strong SQL skills and can write queries confidently to extract, transform and analyse data

  • You're comfortable with data visualisation tools and understand how to design dashboards that are intuitive and actionable

  • You think carefully about data -what metrics mean, what the data is actually telling you, and how to communicate it clearly

  • You're curious and self-driven, comfortable exploring datasets to uncover insights and answer difficult questions

  • You're a natural communicator who can translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations

  • You collaborate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and take ownership end-to-end

  • You're excited about working in a fast-paced environment and motivated by the idea that your work helps improve patient outcomes at scale

What you will do

Translate data into insight

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions from stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Clinical and Programme teams

  • Identify trends, patterns and anomalies in operational and clinical data that impact service delivery and patient outcomes

  • Present findings in clear, compelling ways that drive decision-making across the organisation

Build and maintain dashboards & reports

  • Design and build dashboards in Looker that track key metrics across the business - from programme delivery KPIs to financial performance

  • Develop automated reports that keep stakeholders informed without requiring manual updates

  • Ensure dashboards are accurate, performant and easy to navigate for end users

Contribute to data quality & modelling

  • Write clear, optimised SQL to query and manipulate data reliably

  • Collaborate with the Data Engineering team on data modelling, dbt transformations and data governance

  • Identify and escalate data quality issues and help ensure consistency across systems

  • Help define and track metrics that matter, ensuring every KPI is well understood and correctly calculated

Partner across teams

  • Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Clinical, Finance and Programme Delivery to understand their data needs

  • Communicate complex data concepts in a way that's accessible to non-technical stakeholders

  • Help drive adoption of data-driven thinking and self-serve analytics across the organisation

What we need from you

  • 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst or similar analytics role

  • Proficiency in SQL - you can write queries to explore, filter, join and aggregate data reliably

  • Experience with at least one BI/visualisation tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

  • Familiarity with modern data stacks and tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, dbt are all helpful)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail

  • Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex findings clearly to diverse audiences

  • This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office

Experience you may have

  • A degree in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.)

  • Experience in healthcare, public health or regulated industries

  • Exposure to Python or R for data analysis and statistical work

  • Experience working in fast-growing, high-impact environments

  • Familiarity with dbt or other data transformation frameworks

Please note that this is a hybrid role with a requirement of in office presence, 3 days per week
