About the Role

HOLOGATE is seeking a highly organized and reliable Logistics & Warehouse Specialist (m/f/d) to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. In this role, you will manage the flow of goods with precision, oversee inventory accuracy, and support the seamless dispatch and receipt of materials essential to our products and services. Your Responsibilities

• Independently, accurately, and punctually load goods, including picking items in advance

• Book material movements, prepare orders, and manage outbound shipments

• Receive and inspect incoming goods based on delivery documentation, and store them correctly in the warehouse system

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and handling regulations at all times

• Monitor stock levels and maintain an organized, transparent inventory

• Handle returns (RMA) processes efficiently and professionally

Your Profile

• Physically capable of heavy lifting and able to be on-site throughout the workday

• Confident using standard IT applications, especially Microsoft Office

• Strong service mindset and customer-oriented approach

• Clear and reliable communication skills

• Structured, independent, and detail-oriented work style
